We OD'd on SUN

Our last day in Florida, we woke up earlier than usual, 10am, so we could pack up and be at the beach by 11am, the beach was practically bare and we went almost directly to the water to set up and then we put on probably more tanning lotion than we should've and we just basically placed ourselves  in the rays of a slow cooker, the day was magical and full of people watching! People on their spring break, a man in cargo shorts and a fanny pack, much to Jen's dismay, tons of shell searchers, seriously I grew up in California and I swear I've never seen so many people interested in seashells before, honestly.

We had our lunches on the beach, snacks- seriously next time you go to the beach, take yourself to Publix (yes, I've now experienced a Southern treasure) and get yourself some of their delicious Sweet & Nutty trail mix, or whatever floats your boat, they seriously have such a variety, it could make a nut enthusiast cry; I'm imagining that a nut enthusiast is a real thing.

At around 2, we packed up because we had had quite enough sun and we were seeking a new adventure...

I bet you can't guess what's next!

xo,
KJB
