Ways to spend Valentine's Day if you're single or in a relationship...
1. Eat a heart shaped pizza:
- If you're in a relationship... ya know, you're in love... or just hungry.
- If you're single, just imagine you're eating the hearts of your enemies/exes... or ya know, you're just hungry
2. Watch Rom Coms:
- In a relationship- your life is shaping up to be a Rom Com of your own making.
- Single- optimistic: the protagonist always starts off single in the beginning. pessimistic: they're unrealistic, and someone gets hurt and stays hurt for at least half the movie.
Because in a relationship or not we crave validation from our peers, that either you're so in love and everyone is jealous or... Everyone is single and miserable and you're not alone... OR... it's like every other day with the exception of the addition of pink, red and white hearts EVERYWHERE.4. Cruise dating apps...
Cause as a generation, it's apparently become a "game" anyways.5. Yelp! (I'm now a firm believer) to find a new place to eat. Taken or single, you should have a great experience.
6. Eat a whole lot of chocolate.
I mean Target alone has cardboard hearts full of different candies for different prices points... My favorite being a toss up between Lindor Truffles and Ferraro Roche. Yum!
